Task

To craft content that converts, selling products, telling rider stories and raising awareness for events.

Outcome

I worked on multiple carousels, images and videos for K-Tech. These accumulated 52,234 views and 2,456 likes, and ranged from advertising Day in the Dirt, Tommy Searle and his winning suspension, products and riders.

Creating a Visual Experience that Tells a Story

While creating content for K-Tech, I was responsible for planning each carousel, image and video, considering how viewers would feel throughout. The goal was to create engaging content, that resonated with our target audience.

Key Details

Understanding our Audience

I visited K-Tech HQ, where I received a tour of their facilities and watched how they assemble and package their products. I also visited their R&D centre, where I saw how they produce and assemble tailored setups for their riders.

Creating a Story

When crafting a behind the scenes video showing the creation of Tommy Searle's suspension build, I aimed to create a story, combining visuals and audio from his winning lap, which I then intertwined with footage of his suspension build.

Building Excitement

Across all content for K-Tech I aimed to build excitement, as their audience responded positively to fast paced action. I utilised a combination of wide and tightly cropped imagery for static content, creating movement throughout carousels masking riders, bikes and products.

Conclusion

Through the creation of considered content for K-Tech I have shown my ability to produce image lead and video based content that converts, targeting appropriate audiences and understanding their needs, which is shown through having accumulated 52,234 views and 2,756 likes.
