Uniting Initiatives to Reverse Type 2 Diabetes

Task
The Public Health Collaboration wanted to enhance their digital platforms, connecting with a wider audience and promoting each of their initiatives.
Outcome
I took time to craft a unified approach to content creation, building out a brand toolkit for each initiative that allowed for effective creation of image lead and video based content. Through this I increased our followers by 27.45% in three months, increased our reach by 1,127% and raised our engagement by 210%.

Working to Reverse Type 2 Diabetes
I was responsible for planning and designing content and managing our digital platforms at the Public Health Collaboration. I worked closely with initiative leaders to craft audience appropriate content to bring their ideas to life. Throughout the role I responded to messages and comments, connecting with our audience and relayed their needs to our internal board of directors. I also helped to campaign for The Star Jump Challenge, creating a landing page to promote the event which raised £5,145.
