tl;dr

I supported our Senior Designer, aiming to develop a unified component library, in order to reduce the time taken to update CMS content. Initially, TPFG had an unified CMS, that didn't support effective flexible management of their sub-brand websites. Through supporting our Senior Designer, I developed key components, receiving stakeholder buy-in, and rolled-out sub-brand style guides, resulting in rapid development.

Problem

TPFG lacked a robust CMS solution solution, resulting in inefficient management of their sub-brand websites, leading to frustration.

Solution

Develop a re-usable component library to implement with Craft CMS. Produce style guides for their sub-brand websites.

I helped rollout the EweMove visual design across each page of the website, as the client wanted to see the the final website ahead of sign-off. During this process the senior designer delegated responsibility for the remaining components enabling an efficient design and development.

With the component list in place I rolled out the branding across each style guide to provide the development team a clear outline for each sub-brand website. This enabled an efficient development process, allowing the team to rollout each website ahead of schedule.
